• A thorough study of the job description of the positions being offered by the employers will be conducted to identify specific needs.

• In-depth interviews will be conducted by qualified Company personnel. These interviews will serve as the single most important basis for determining the match between the requirements of the job and the suitability of the applicant in terms of technical skills and English proficiency.

• The interview will also assess the applicant's personal background, work ethic and adaptability to different cultural elements in a foreign workplace.

• Through professional and duly accredited psychological testing centers, the Company will arrange for the testing of short-listed applicants.

• Local and national police clearances will be required of the applicants.

• Short-listed applicants will be asked to go through an initial medical evaluation including tests for drug and alcohol addiction and HIV as well as X-rays.  Only those who have been given clearances will proceed to subsequent stages of recruitment and deployment.

• When needed, the Company is prepared to give English proficiency refresher courses to applicants. There are many English review centers available to those who require more intensive instruction to prepare for the tests.
  

• The Company will verify all certificates of scholastic achievement, professional work experience, government licenses and technical competency. From time to time, technical consultants will be invited to interview and evaluate applicants. The Company also has access to trade testing facilities.

• Upon presentation of a short list of candidates for each job requirement, the Company will invite the Client to the final round of interviews which can be conducted in two ways:
  
  1. Teleconference / Videoconference
  
    Using the Company's videoconference facilities Clients conduct face-to-face interviews with short-listed applicants.
  
  2. Manila Visit
  
    Clients can also opt to conduct their final round of interviews in Manila. The Company offers Clients a high-value short-stay package consisting of airport transfers, accommodation and leisure activities.
